
After 'Ogenblik USA' ('Moment USA', 1991) and 'The Grass is Always Greener' (1993) the De Filmplaneet vzw and Studio Skoop continue the working relation with the TIME festival.
'Film Free Cinema: Human Rights & wrongs on Film' was set up in close cooperation with two unique humanitarian organisations, that are active in the human rights field by helping film makers that are being repressed or that have to work under difficult circumstances. the Rotterdam-based FilmFree Foundation (Emile Fallaux) and the Human Rights Watch International Film Festival (Brunni Burres) from New York.
